We’ll work experientially and slow down to notice what’s happening in your body in the present moment.
Trauma-informed
I’ll help you to recognize when you get triggered or overwhelmed and offer grounding strategies and practices to help you feel safe in your body.
Climate-aware
I’ll take your concerns about the climate and ecological crises seriously and hold space for you to process your emotions about them.
Connected to nature
We’ll start from the assumption that you are a part of the Earth and nurture your sense of belonging to the more-than-human world.
Liberation-centered
I’ll actively challenge dominant narratives about mental health, productivity, relationship structures and gender. I’ll strive to recognize my own biases and to bring humility and care to our relationship.
